Rosi & Fransisco

Hello hello!!

This week we saw our new investigators, Rosi and Fransisco on Monday night and challenged them to be baptized with a specific date. They.... turned it down... hahaha but only because its for like a week from now. They have to have 5 weeks in church before they can be baptized, but they already had a few in the states, so we went ahead and challenged them. They said they want to be baptized, but they want to learn more first and everything and 2 weeks didnt seem sufficient haha. I couldnt blame them. We didnt get to seem them again during the week (they are VERY busy for an elderly couple) and unfortunately they didnt make it to church on Sunday which was basically devestating, right? But we passed by in the evening to see why they didnt go, and they werent home. Their adult son greeted us and let us know that they suddenly had to take a trip to Monterrey and he was their caring for their house. So we´ll see whats up. But they are super cute. PRAY FOR THEM PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Other than that we really didnt have an eventful week. I took a selfie.. cause I thought yall would appreciate seeing my face. BUTTTT what is even better is that you will see my face and hear my voice on saturday!!!!! I will be calling at about 4 or 4:30 (Saltillo, Mexico time) so be ready for that. (Youre welcome Danielle :] ) And President granted us an hour and a half this time. Whoo!!! Dad, will you send me my skype info again. Its in my email somewhere buttttttt I dont know where... tehe. 

The other picture is my companion when she was having a laughing attack. Its been a common thing recently. I dont know if shes going crazy or is just really happy haha. 

LOVE YOU ALL VERY VERY MUCH!! I ask for your continued prayers for me and for those with whom I am serving. Anddddddd that our investigators will get to church.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!! (in Mexico.. clearly) Well what a week... it unfortunately was not very successful... haha but because I took a suprise trip to Saltillo in the middle of the week.... ALONE!!! We were studying one morning and I was getting all pumped to get out and start working and I was feeling good and we had great plans for the day when all of a sudden the mission office calls and told me I had to take care of stuff for my Visa and come to Saltillo.. in like 2 hours. So yeah, and they sent me alone. So this week I conquered the fear of traveling through Mexico as an American muchacha who is still learning spanish... alone. But hey, I did it, and nothing bad happened. And I even got to Saltillo and got a taxi and traveled through the city and made phone calls (in spanish thank you) and got things taken care of. BAM! Travelling Sister

I dont really know how to start my letters anymore cause I always say the same thing haha... entonces... Hola Family!! Mmm not too much to report. Just working and trying to stay awake in the lessons in this heat. Haha mostly exaggerating but after lunch in this heat... listening to someone tell you a really long story... it gets hard, ya know? I only work about half the time in my own area now. We go on splits twice a week and the are each for about a day and a half so it gets kind of crazy sometimes. I have been leaving to work in the other sister´s area every time because I still dont know our own area well enough to direct it with someone how does know it at all, so I have basically been a traveling missionary. I love working with Hna. Walsh and we are a good team, just sad we are only together like half the time haha. But its been a good experience to get to know other sisters and try to help them improve and find what is keeping them from having more success.  A...
