Ceci baptism

This week Ceci was baptized!! I am going try to get pictures sent, but the computer is being wierd. It was really beautiful and she is a sweetheart! She was SO excited for her baptism, and then at the last minute she started to freak out about the font haha but all was well.

She was confirmed on Sunday and she is already doing great in the ward. She already has friends and is recieving support from the ward. I am realllllyyyyyy content right now because her inactive family is showing signs of becoming active again. Her mom went to her baptism and I saw her cry a little bit, but the next day she had to work and couldnt go to the confirmation. When we visited that evening she was really sad she couldnt go. She talked about how she needs to get active because its not right her 2 daughters are active and going and keeping their convenants, and their parents arent. She wants her family to be unified in the gospel and is finally making the decision herself to change... not just us telling her. A few weeks back I advised to her start looking for a new job, but she didnt really consider it. Last night I asked her if she was looking and she replied with an absolute yes. She wants this for her family. We talked about them being sealed as a family and we are working with them to make it happen. I LOVE when people make the decisions for themselves to change because they feel the Spirit. Prayers for this family!! We have formally solicited help from the bishopbric and leaders, informing them that NOW is the time for this family. If we all work together, beautiful blessings with be reaped.

Things are going well with my companion! I am formally taking on the role as spanish teacher and its kind of fun! Its rewarding too cause shes a good student and I have seen a lot of improvement already this week!

I love this work and I love being a full time missionary!! The day I take my tag off will be a day of bawling. Still a member missionary, but its just not the same. Love you all!!

Con amor,
Hermana Roberts

P.S. my birthday is in august... if anyone is interested in sending me a book of arranged hymns by like john schmidt or something for the piano... I would not be opposed. :)
